Most weekly/fortnightly cleans are $90-$160 depending on home size. One-off deep cleans are $220+. We give you a fixed price after a quick chat — no ‘from’ pricing.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Most clients give us a key or alarm code. We can also coordinate with building concierges.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes. Including eco-friendly options on request. You don’t need to supply anything.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
No long contracts. Give us 24 hours notice to reschedule or skip a week — no penalty.
Will I get the same cleaner each visit?
Yes. We allocate a regular cleaner so they learn your home and your preferences.
What if something gets damaged?
$20M public liability insurance. Tell us within 24 hours and we make it right.
Do you do one-off cleans or only regular?
Both. One-off cleans start at $220 for a basic 2-bed apartment.
How far in advance should I book?
For first cleans, usually 3-5 days. For ongoing regulars, your slot is locked in.
