How much does end of lease cleaning cost in Sydney?
Most 2-bedroom apartments are $285-$385 depending on condition and add-ons like carpet steam. We give you a fixed price upfront — no “from” pricing or hidden extras.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Most clients leave a key with the agent or with us. We do a final walk-through and email you photos once we’re done.
How long does an end of lease clean take?
A 2-bed apartment takes 4-5 hours with a 2-person crew. 3-bed houses take 6-8 hours. Large homes or heavily soiled properties may need a full day.
What if the agent finds something you missed?
Our 72-hour bond-back guarantee covers it. Send us the agent’s report within 72 hours of our clean and we come back to re-clean — at no charge.
Do you provide a receipt the agent will accept?
Yes. Every clean comes with a detailed receipt listing what was done, the date, and our ABN. Sydney agents accept it — including LJ Hooker, Belle Property, Ray White and Raine & Horne offices we work with regularly.
Do I need carpet steam cleaning?
Most Sydney agents now require a professional steam clean receipt to release your bond. If you had carpets professionally cleaned at move-in, the agent will likely require it at move-out too. We can add it to your end of lease quote — saves you booking two providers.
How far in advance should I book?
We can usually fit you in within 48 hours. For peak periods (end of month, January), book at least a week ahead to lock in your preferred date.
Do you clean if the property is partially furnished?
Yes. We’ll work around remaining furniture. If you can move it before the clean you’ll get a better result and a cheaper quote. We can also coordinate clean dates with your removalist.
