Hot-water extraction is the manufacturer-recommended method for most carpets — it lifts soil, allergens and pet dander that vacuum cleaners simply can’t reach.

We pre-treat stains, agitate the pile, then extract with truck-mounted or portable machines depending on access. Carpets dry in 4–6 hours.

Typically 4–6 hours with good ventilation. Hot days dry faster.
Can you remove pet stains?
Most surface pet stains lift cleanly. Deeply set urine may need an enzyme treatment — we’ll assess on site.
Do you move furniture?
We move light furniture (chairs, small tables). Heavy items like beds and wardrobes are cleaned around.
Is it safe for kids and pets?
Yes — we use low-toxicity solutions. Best to keep kids/pets off until fully dry.

How much does carpet cleaning cost in Sydney?
Most 2-bed apartments are $135-$185 depending on how many rooms. Larger homes from $250. Add-ons (stain treatment, pet urine, scotchguard) priced separately and quoted upfront.
How long until carpets are dry?
4-6 hours typically. We set up air movement to speed it up. You can walk on them with clean shoes after 90 minutes.
Is steam cleaning safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use hot water and pile-appropriate solutions that are safe once dry. Keep pets off until fully dry.
Will it remove old set-in stains?
Most. Some stains (red wine, ink, dye transfer) may have permanently bonded with the carpet fibre. We tell you upfront what’s likely to come out and what’s not.
Do you do rugs?
Yes — wool, silk, synthetic. We can do them on-site or pickup-and-return for delicate rugs.
Do I get a receipt for my agent / bond?
Yes. Detailed receipt with date, address, what was done, and our ABN. Sydney agents accept it.
How often should carpets be steam cleaned?
Once every 12-18 months for residential. More often for high-traffic commercial. End of lease almost always requires it.
Do you move furniture?
We move small/medium items at no charge. Heavy items (3-seater sofas, beds) we work around — let us know in advance if you want them moved.
